I am very concerned about my 6 year old angel and her apparent metabolic issues. At times, I can smell ammonia seeping from her pores. My twin brothers in law who are now nearly 19 have autism as a result of a Urea Cycle Disorder.
I say this because I'm hoping you can tell me what Alyssa's underlying Metabolic issue was?
Again, Krista is 6 and her genotype is UPD. I'm wondering if there are metabolic issues that might be more specific to UPD.

We are sorry for your loss... I want to say how privilage we are to be a part of such a wonderful group. I always felt it all my fault when coby got hurt. No matter how much we coby proof our home he always seem to get into something. the breaking point came when he too broke his arm and when he slipped at dark and was found across the street.
